- Establish 90-Day Battle Rhythm (weekly wins, visual dashboards)
- Rationalise priorities: Kill distractions, freeze marginal projects
- Create “Leadership Proof Points”: Where do you show traction?

- Where can we recover cash fast (pricing, billing, churn)?

✅ Days 61–90: Execute & Reset
Objective: Cement credibility, communicate clarity, and reset performance standards.
Key Actions:
